Heat pumps are standard in new build projects, and this makes perfect sense. They are a sustainable way to heat a building, have low CO2 emissions and it is easy to combine a heat pump with other future-oriented technologies such as solar panels. Geothermal heat pumps, air-to-water heat pumps, air-source heat pumps…there are so many types of heat pumps. An air-to-water heat pump, for instance, is perfect if you want to use active cooling and a hybrid system combines a gas boiler with an air-to-water heat pump. <\/p>\n
